Integrity begins within.  If we are honest with ourselves, our team mates, our clients and everyone we come into contact with our actions generally match our claims.
LEADERSHIP
Leadership without ego, jealousy, suspicion or insecurity.  As a leader, responsibilities are given out, not accumulated.  It should be given with trust as a tool to teach.  Calmness as a leader is the key to maintaining order within the ranks. There is no need to know it all, leaders listen and learn.
PERSONAL HYGIENE
Who are we in the eyes of others?  We can look, smell and even sound dirty.  Let's be aware of this and project a clear picture.  Shower, brush teeth, use deodorant, shave, wear clean socks.
It all counts, in the eyes of others, especially team mates and clients.
DRESS AND BEARING
Perception is reality.  10 seconds and we've been judged.  In or out, liked or disliked, trusted or not. The way we appear makes up 70% of our communication.  What we say makes up 25%.  You can accomplish 90% of your success within the first 10 seconds if you AIM to appear professional.
COMPANY EQUIPMENT & OWNERSHIP
All company equipment & vehicles are to be treated with the utmost respect, ensuring pre starts are completed, general cleanliness inside & out are being maintained. Consideration for your following team mates i.e. leaving the vehicle fuelled up, clean windscreen etc.
PERFORMANCE
Continuously improving all that we do, measuring what is important and always being objective of ourselves when it comes to safety and service.
